Insurance
The Borrower shall insure the work(s) of art nail to nail with a commercial insurance policy or State indemnity. The Borrower shall deliver the certificate of insurance to HAM before the start of the loan period.

Costs covered by the Borrower
HAM Helsinki Art Museum shall send a courier to accompany the work and be present during the installation at the first venue. All costs of this courier shall be covered by the Borrower.

HAM Helsinki Art Museum shall build a crate for the artwork and invoice the Borrower for it.

HAM Helsinki Art Museum shall charge the Borrower a loan fee of EUR 200 per each venue, totally EUR 600.

General terms and conditions of collections loans
Over and above the aforementioned, this Agreement is subject to the general terms and conditions of collections loans at HAM.
