Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Jatke Uusimaa Oy:n Asunto Oy Puistolanraide uudisrakennushankkeen lyhytaikaisen korkotuen lainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Jatke Uusimaa Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Asunto Oy Puistolanraide vuokratalokohteen rakentamiseksi Suurmetsään.

Hankkeeseen tulee 74 vuokra-asuntoa. Tontti on oma. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 4 909 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
