Decisions are categorised by type according to the use of the area.

  • Excavation work: work that involves digging, for example, building telecommunication cables under a street. The decision always includes provisions on traffic arrangements during the work.
  • Area leasing: work that does not involve excavation, such as renovation of the facade of a property or lifting work. The decision always includes provisions on traffic arrangements during the work.
  • Temporary traffic arrangements: changes in traffic arrangements not due to construction work but, for example, to a public event.
  • Short-term land leasing: rental of a street or park area for up to two years, for example for terrace or sales use.
  • Event: rental of a street or park area for event use.
  • Placement agreement: placement of permanent structures in street and park areas. Such structures include underground cables and foundations.
