Päätös

Yksikönjohtaja päätti korottaa aiemmin tekemänsä päätöksen 20.4.2017 § 11 lisä- ja muutostyövarauksen ennakoivaa hintaa 24 600,00 eurosta 75 000,00 euroon.

Urakan ennakoiva kokonaishinta on korotetun lisä- ja muutostyövarauksen jälkeen 239 000,00euroa.

Päätöksen perustelut

IVA suunnitelmiin on tullut useita muutoksia ja lisäyksiä. Peruskorjaushankkeen tilaaja on tilannut lisä- ja muutostöitä arvioitua enemmän.
