Alueidenkäytön ja -valvonnan yksikön päällikkö päätti antaa DNA Welho Oy:lle suostumuksen sijoittaa putkituksia ja kaapeleita sekä kaivon Kivikonkaaren katualueelle.

Suostumuksen lupaehdot on esitetty liitteessä.

Kaivot on rakennettava liitteenä olevan tyyppipiirustuksen (kaapelikaivo 1) ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Suostumuksen saajan puolesta hankkeen toteutuksesta lupaehtojen mukaisesti vastaa hakemuksen mukainen henkilö.
