Rakentamispalveluliikelaitoksen johtokunta päätti jättää tutkimatta oikaisuvaatimuksen Staran kaupunkitekniikan ylläpidon yksikönjohtajan päätökseen 20.5.2019 § 34, koska hakijan oikaisuvaatimus ei ollut saapunut määräajassa kaupungin kirjaamoon.

Pöytäkirjanote esityslistateksteineen, liitteineen ja muutoksenhakuohjeineen kaupunkitekniikan ylläpidolle, jonka tulee huolehtia päätöksen tiedoksiannosta asianosaiselle.
