Alueidenkäytön ja -valvonnan yksikön päällikkö päätti antaa Gasum Oy:lle suostumuksen sijoittaa yksityisiä rakenteita (kaasuputkia rakenteineen) Suursuonpuiston lähivirkistysalueelle ja suojaviheralueelle, Patolassa olevalle puistoalueelle, alitusta varten Siltavoudintien katualueelle, Henrik Sohlbergin puiston puistoalueelle, alitusta varten Mikkolantien katualueelle, seuraavalle puistoalueelle, alitusta varten Käskynhaltijantien katualueelle sekä Oulunkylän rantapuiston puistoalueelle Lämpökujan kohdalla.

Ennen kaivutyöhön ryhtymistä on hankittava johtoselvitys johtotietopalvelusta, os. Sörnäistenkatu 1, puh. 09 310 31940 ja toimitettava kaivuilmoitus alueidenkäyttöön, luvat@hel.fi, lisätiedot https://www.hel.fi/helsinki/fi/asuminen-ja-ymparisto/tontit/luvat/katutyoluvat/katutyoluvat.

Tässä suostumuksessa mainitut rakenteet on kartoitettava

Kartoitustiedot maanalaisista rakenteista on toimitettava kaupunkimittauspalveluihin (Sörnäistenkatu 1, karttatiedot@hel.fi).

Suostumuksen ehdot on esitetty liitteessä.

Suursuonpuiston ja Patolan välissä on Tuusulanväylän tieliikennealueen alitus, johon tarvitaan lupa valtiolta.

Alueidenkäytöstä on haettava kaikki tarvittavat luvat työmaakäyttöön.

Suostumuksensaajan tulee ottaa yhteyttä alueidenkäytön ja -valvonnan tarkastajaan (Kaj Hällsten, puh. 09 310 38981) ja sopia työskentelystä ja maisemoinnista yleisellä alueella.

Suunnittelu on tehty yhteistyössä kaupungin (KYMP) kanssa, yhteyshenkilö Silja Hurskainen (puh. 09 310 38939).

Suostumuksensaajan puolesta hankkeen toteutuksesta lupa-/suostumusehtojen mukaisesti vastaa hakemuksen mukainen henkilö.
