Vs. henkilöstöjohtaja päätti antaa liitteenä olevan Korvaava työ työkyvyn tukena -ohjeen.

Päätöksen perustelut

Korvaavasta työstä on voimassa 7.4.2017 annettu ohje Korvaavan työn tekeminen sairausloman vaihtoehtona. Uudella ohjeella korvaavan työn käyttö työkyvyn tukena tulee mahdolliseksi sairauspoissaolojaksoa ennen, sen sijaan tai sen jälkeen.
