Päätös

Kaupunginhallitus esitti kaupunginvaltuustolle seuraavaa:

Kaupunginvaltuusto myöntää Tiina Larssonille eron Helsingin ja Uudenmaan sairaanhoitopiirin kuntayhtymän valtuuston jäsenen luottamustoimesta ja valitsee hänen tilalleen ______________uudeksi jäseneksi kuntayhtymän valtuustoon vuonna 2017 alkaneen toimikauden jäljellä olevaksi ajaksi.

Samalla kaupunginvaltuusto toteaa, että ______________ henkilökohtaisena varajäsenenä Helsingin ja Uudenmaan sairaanhoitopiirin kuntayhtymän valtuustossa on Mukhtar Abib.

Lisäksi kaupunginvaltuusto tarkastaa pöytäkirjan tämän asian osalta heti.
