Lainan myöntäminen PPJ Jalkapallohalli Oy:lle

Päätös

Kaupunginhallitus päätti myöntää PPJ Jalkapallohalli Oy:lle urheilu- ja ulkoilulaitosrahastosta 1 500 000 euron lainan Jätkäsaaren liikuntapuistoon rakennettavan jalkapallohallin rahoittamiseksi seuraavin ehdoin:

Laina-aika: Laina on maksettava takaisin tasalyhennyksin 20 vuoden kuluessa lainan nostosta.

Lainan korko: Lainasta veloitettava korko on vallitsevan peruskoron suuruinen.

Lainan vakuus: Lainan vakuudeksi on pantattava kiinteistöön kiinnitettyjä panttikirjoja tai muuta kaupunginkanslian talous- ja suunnitteluosaston hyväksymää vakuutta.

Lisäksi sovelletaan kaupunginhallituksen 20.4.2015 hyväksymiä yleisiä velka-, panttaus- ja takausehtoja.

Samalla kaupunginhallitus päätti kehottaa kaupunginkanslian talous- ja suunnitteluosaston rahoitusyksikköä laatimaan tarvittavat laina-asiakirjat.
