Yksikön päällikkö päätti hyväksyä tontilla 10635/6 sijaitsevan Asunto Oy Helsingin Sompasaaren Sumpin korotetuksi hankinta-arvoksi 13 708 942 euroa (alv 24 %).
Yksikön päällikkö on hyväksynyt hankkeen suunnitelmat ja alkuperäisen hankinta-arvon 6.10.2017 § 50 ja hankinta-arvon tarkistamisen 21.5.2018 § 50.

Päätöksen perustelut

Päätös perustuu Hitas-työryhmän puoltavaan lausuntoon 18.5.2020.
