Esittelijän muutettua ehdotusta ei käsitelty asian käsittelyn keskeyttämisen vuoksi.

Kulttuuri- ja vapaa-aikalautakunta päätti yksimielisesti panna asian pöydälle Sami Muttilaisen ehdotuksesta.
