Päätös

Tietohallintopäällikkö päätti hankkia Puistopolun peruskoulun
esitystekniikan Lyreco Finland Oy:ltä. Hankinnan arvonlisäveroton kokonaishinta on enintään 53 000 euroa. Kustannukset maksetaan tililtä 450001, projektinumero 1489246044089931.

Päätöksen perustelut

Tarjouskilpailu toteutettiin Helsingin kaupunginkanslian perustaman dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän H001-19, HEL 2019-003682 / Esitystekniikan laitteet ja palvelut (DPS) sisäisenä kilpailutuksena.

Tarjousten vertailuperusteena oli kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus halvimman hinnan perusteella. Voittajaksi valittiin Lyreco Finland Oy.

Hankintasopimus sopijapuolten välillä syntyy vasta myöhemmin erikseen allekirjoitettavalla sopimuksella.
