Yksikön päällikkö päätti tilata liitteenä olevan sovintosopimuksen mukaiset Capellanranta urakan lisä- ja muutostyöt nrot 16, 19, 52, 56, 57, 59-62 vähennettynä - 62 000 arvonalennuksella YIT Suomi Oy:ltä 209 791,35 euron arvonlisäverottomaanhintaan.

Päätöksen perustelut

Rakennusurakkaa koskevasta riita-asiasta on tehty sovintosopimus kaupunginlakimiehen tekemän päätöksen 13.1.2021 § 2 mukaisesti. Sovintosopimukseen sisältyvistä lisä- ja muutostöistä tehdään tällä päätöksellä tarvittava hankintapäätös.
