Päätös

Asemakaavapäällikkö päätti tilata Longinojan sivu‐uomien luontoselvitykset Ympäristötutkimus Yrjölä Oy:ltä kokonaishintaan 26 460 euroa (alv 0 %).

Toimeksiannosta tehdään tilaus.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kyseessä on hankintalain soveltamisen kynnysarvon alittava palveluhankinta. Tarjoukset pyydettiin neljältä tarjoajalta. Tarjousten jättöaika oli 26.4.2021. Määräaikaan mennessä tarjous saatiin yhdeltä tarjoajalta, joka oli Ympäristötutkimus Yrjölä Oy.

Tarjous oli tarjouspyynnön mukainen ja täytti vähimmäisvaatimukset. Hankinnan valintaperusteena on paras hinta-laatu -suhde tarjouspyynnössä mainituin perustein.
