Rakennuksen purkaminen Villa Hällebo

Päätös

Tilapäällikkö päätti
- hyväksyä kahden rakennuksen purkamisen taloteknisine liittymineen
- hyväksyä purkuun käytettäväksi arvonlisäverottomana enintään 34 800 euroa
- oikeuttaa rakennukset ja yleiset alueen yritystilat-yksikön isännöintitiimi 5:n tiimipäällikön allekirjoittamaan hankkeeseen kohdistuvan tilauksen.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin Tulliniemessä sijaitsevat kaksi rakennusta on palanut korjaus kelvottomaan kuntoon. Purettavat rakennukset on Villa Hällebo ja viereinen pienempi rakennus. Rakennuksiin on teetetty haitta-ainekartoitus.
Purkamisesta on pyydetty tarjous Staralta.
