Päätös

Toimitusjohtaja päätti korottaa rakennustekniikan yksikönjohtajan tekemien päätösten 30.11.2020 § 32 & 7.7.2021 § 20 lisä- ja muutostyövarauksen ennakoivaa hintaa 45 000,00 eurosta 60 000,00 euroon.

Urakan ennakoiva hinta on korotuksen jälkeen 213 800,00 euroa.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kohteen lisä- ja muutostyövarausta korotettiin 7.7.2021. Korotuksen jälkeen kohteeseen on lisätöinä tullut vielä YK- ja AK-kerrosten lisätyöt: viemäri-, vesijohto- ja vesikalustemuutokset, ylimääräiset tilatut RST-kaivojen kannet, mansetit ja vuodonilmaisimet sekä kerrosten 1-3 viemärirunkojen muutokset, putkitukset, termostaattien ja muiden kalusteiden lisätyöt. Näitä ei ollut huomioitu aiemmassa korotuksessa.
