Yksikön päällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy:n Haso Vennynpuisto uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Haso Vennynpuisto asumisoikeuskohteen rakentamiseksi Kuninkaantammeen.

Hankkeeseen tulee 65 asumisoikeusasuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 4 990 €/asm².

Nykyisessä asuntomarkkinatilanteessa Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
