Tietohallintopäällikkö päätti, että Stadin ammattiopistolle, Roihupellon väistötilaan tilataan AV-laitteita Lyreco Oy:ltä. Tilauksen arvo on enintään 60 000,00€ (alv.0%). Kustannukset maksetaan tililtä 450001 1489246062060402

Päätöksen perustelut

Laitteiden hankinta perustuu Stadin ammattioppilaitoksen toimipisteeltä saatuun hankintaesitykseen.

Hankinnassa on huomioitu kestävän kehityksen periaatteet.

Tarjouskilpailu toteutettiin Helsingin kaupunginkanslian perustaman dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän H001-19, HEL 2019-003682 / Esitystekniikan laitteet ja palvelut (DPS) sisäisenä kilpailutuksena.

Tarjousten vertailuperusteena oli kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus halvimman hinnan perusteella. Vertailun voittajaksi tuli Lyreco Finland Oy (liite1.)
