Mottagande av donation av Sällskapet Smågossarna r.f. till Gymnasiet Lärkan

Beslut

Sektorchefen beslutade att ta emot en donation av Sällskapet Smågossarna r.f. om sammanlagt 93 000 euro till Gymnasiet Lärkan för:
-Internationella projekt (bl.a. Cern projektet, Belfast projektet och Berzeliusdagarna)
-Studerandeaktiviteter (bl.a. Olkiluoto besök och studiebesök i huvudstadsregionen)
-Litteraturanskaffningar till skolans bibliotek

Sällskapet önskar att rektorn redovisar för utgifterna kontinuerligt och föreningen har inget tidskrav på när summan bör användas.

Beslutsmotivering

Enligt stadens förvaltningsstadga 14 kapitel 1§ beslutar sektorchefen om mottagande av egendom, som donerats eller testamenterats till staden och som anvisats sektorn, om dess värde är högst 100 000 euro.
