Päätöksen perustelut

Tällä päätöksellä hyväksyttävä lyhytaikainen vuokraus on tonttia ********** koskevien kaupungin päätösten mukainen ja noudattaa kaupungin vakiintuneita käytäntöjä.

Päätöksen perustelut ilmenevät liitteenä 3 olevasta perustelumuistiosta.

Helsingin kaupungin hallintosäännön 16 luvun 1 §:n 2. momentin
1-kohdan ja kaupunkiympäristölautakunnan 29.5.2018 (280 §) tekemän päätöksen mukaan Maaomaisuuden kehittäminen ja tontit -palvelun asuntotontit-tiimin päällikkö on toimivaltainen päättämään asuntotontin lyhytaikaisesta vuokrauksesta.
