Yksikön päällikkö päätti puoltaa Asunto Oy Helsingin Herttoniemen Primus uudisrakennushankkeen lyhytaikaisen korkotuen lainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Asunto Oy Helsingin Herttoniemen Primus on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen 6-kerroksisen vuokratalon rakentamiseen Herttoniemeen.

Hankkeeseen tulee 54 vuokra-asuntoa. Tontti on oma. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 5 000 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
