Yksikön päällikkö päätti puoltaa Kiinteistö Oy Tela Fastighets Ab:n Mäkelänkatu 50 perusparannushankkeen investointiavustus- ja korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kiinteistö Oy Tela Fastighets Ab on jättänyt investointiavustus- ja korkotukilainahakemuksen vuonna 1948 valmistuneen 6-kerroksisen vuokratalokohteen perusparantamiseksi.

Hankkeessa kunnostetaan julkisivut, ikkunat ja pihakansi. Hankkeessa on yhteensä 125 asuntoa tukiluokan 4 pitkäaikaisasunnottomille ja hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 112 €/asm².

Kohteen korjattavien ja uusittavien rakennusosien ja järjestelmien kunto on huono tai ei täytä nykyvaatimuksia, joten perusparannus on aiheellinen.
