Yksikön päällikkö päätti puoltaa Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kodit, Nallenrinne uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kodit on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Koy M2-Kodit, Nallenrinne rakentamiseen Malmille.

Hankkeeseen tulee 54 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
4 635 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
