Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n Heka Honkasuo Perhosenkierto 29 uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Heka Honkasuo Perhosenkierto 29 uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Kaarelaan.

Hankkeeseen tulee 85 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
5 108 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
