Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n Heka Laajasalo Koirasaarentie 24 uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Heka Laajasalo Koirasaarentie 24 uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Laajasaloon.

Hankkeeseen tulee 44 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
4 926 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
