Lausunnon antaminen Valtion tukeman asuntorakentamisen keskukselle Fastighets Ab Yvonnen uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemuksesta

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Fastighets Ab Yvonnen uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Fastighets Ab Yvonne on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Konttinosturinkuja 5 uudisrakennuskohteen rakentamiseksi Sörnäisiin.

Hankkeeseen tulee 35 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
5 075 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta.
