Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kodit Otto Brandintie 17 perusparannushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kodit on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen vuonna 1998 valmistuneen 1-5-kerroksisen vuokratalokohteen perusparantamiseksi.

Asuinhuoneistoissa ja yhteistiloissa tehdään toimenpideluokkaa IV vastaavat perusparannustoimenpiteet. Julkisivut, ikkunat ja porrashuoneet kunnostetaan. Lisäksi ovet uusitaan ja LVIS-tekniikka uusitaan osittain. Hankkeessa on 48 kpl tavanomaista vuokra-asuntoa. Perusparannuksen hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 940 €/asm².

Kohteen korjattavien ja uusittavien rakennusosien ja järjestelmien kunto on huono tai ei täytä nykyvaatimuksia, joten perusparannus on aiheellinen.
