Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n Heka Kalasatama Nihdinranta 8 uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Heka Kalasatama Nihdinranta 8 uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Sörnäisiin.

Hankkeeseen tulee 59 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
4 931 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen. Hanke on kiinteä osa neljän tontin korttelikokonaisuuta. Hankkeen aikataululla on vaikututusta koko korttelin (n. 200 asuntoa) rakentumiseen. Kaupunki pitää tärkeänä tämän hankkeen nopeaa etenemistä.
