Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kotien Heikkiläntie 7 / talo C uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Kiinteistö Oy M2-Kodit on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Heikkiläntie 7 / talo C uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Lauttasaareen.

Hankkeeseen tulee 40 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti on oma. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 5 414 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke sijaitsee alueella, jossa on ennestään erittäin vähän valtion tukemia vuokra-asuntoja. Hankkeen toteutuminen on kaupungin asuntopoliittisen tahtotilan mukaisesti erittäin toivottavaa ja ko. hanketta on edellytetty kohdealueen maankäyttösopimuksessa. Kaupunki pitää tärkeänä tämän hankkeen nopeaa etenemistä.
