Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot
Oy:n Heka Heikinlaakso Nummitie 14 ER uudisrakennushankkeen
korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen
Heka Heikinlaakso Nummitie 14 ER uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Suurmetsään.

Hankkeeseen tulee 15 vuokra-asuntoa kehitysvammaisille. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 3 798 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Helsinkiin tarvitaan nopealla aikataululla sopivia hankkeita kaupungin omana toimintana toteutettavaan tehostettuun palveluasumiseen. Kaupunki pitää erittäin tärkeänä tämän hankkeen nopeaa etenemistä.
