The Economic Development Sub-committee of the City Board oversees the City’s economic development, competitiveness, immigration and employment policies.
The City Council appoints the Sub-committee’s members and deputies from among the City Board’s members and deputies for a two-year period.
The Economic Development Sub-committee is chaired by the Mayor and has nine members. Each member has a personal deputy member.
